Yixing, Taodu, was called Jingxi and Yangxian in ancient times. The soil and water in the territory are suitable for pottery, and the sand pot is suitable for tea. It has a long history, rich culture and rich products, and is famous for its teapot. The so-called Yangxian tea pot is Yixing's purple sand teapot. Yang Xianming's Khufu is a masterpiece of Wu Meiding's poetry and fu, which is unique in ancient purple sand books.
Wu Meiding (1631-1700), son of Wu Yifan, nephew of Arwen Wu Yishan, was born in Yixing, Jiangsu. Born in the fourth year of Chongzhen in Ming Dynasty and died in the thirty-ninth year of Kangxi in Qing Dynasty, he was a versatile writer. Long poems, good calligraphy and painting, fine landscape feathers, and his brother Wu are also called for a while (see Yixing County Records of the Old). His works include Fang Shan's Fu on Drunk Ink, and Yang Xianming's Khufu is one of them. In the fifty years of Qianlong reign (1785), Janice compiled Yang Xianming's Tao Lu, and yang xian's Ming Khufu was included in "Wen Han", which became a masterpiece of pottery suitable for circulation in past dynasties.
"Yang Xianming's Hu Fu" is an ode dedicated to Yixing Zisha Ming Pot, which vividly depicts the pottery made of Zisha and five-color soil, and perfectly praises the famous Zisha master and pot art style in Ming Dynasty. This is the earliest and best classical literature that has been found so far to praise the purple sand teapot in the form of poetry.
Wu Meiding first wrote in the preface to "Yang Xianming Khufu": "The six statues have pots, square or round, big or small, square with a round belly, round with a square belly ... Only Yang Xian used Tao Wei things, which has hidden meaning." At that time, there were silverware, tin ware and Yumin porcelain in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, while Yixing Zisha pottery was famous at home and abroad. Yixing discovered a special purple sand and made it into an artistic teapot, which is a great thing. Wu Meiding, the ancestor of Yangxian County, said, "I studied in Nanshan from Shigong (referring to Wu Yishan) in Zuquan, and brought a boy named Spring Festival. When I saw that the natives used mud as a pot, it was very beautiful and lovely, and the world called it a spring sacrifice pot. " In Fu, he wrote: "He is novel and changeable, and his teacher is very successful. I believe that the originator of pottery pots is also a masterpiece in the world. " This is Wu Meiding's praise for the ancestor of pottery pots in the book Yang Xianming's Khufu.
The styles and styles of purple sand teapots in Ming Dynasty mostly advocate simplicity. Jinsha Temple and monks in Gongchun do all kinds of things like this. During the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, many famous pot-making artists emerged with their own styles. The so-called "one bandit is square, and the circle is different." Words are not expressive, and it is difficult to give it a shape. " In "Yang Xianming Khufu", there is such a compliment: "The standard weight of Dabin (Shi Dabin) is proposed to be * Lin; The sculptor of Zhongmei (Chen Zhongmei) is clever and pitiful; Zhong Fang Gu Sheng flashed his knife (Li Zhongfang); Zheng Chun's meat is good, and the work is doubtful (Europe and Zheng Chun); The beauty of your use is bizarre (Shen Junyong), still the same; Enrich nature with green wine (Chen Yongqing). If the husband combines ancient and modern times, but the extreme change is born from the heart, and the skill is close to the Tao, his friend is Xu Zi. " Wu Meiding also vividly described the shape and charm of the famous pot in Fu.
The description of the color of purple sand mud and five-color soil in Fu is even more wonderful: "If the color of purple sand mud changes, it will be sunny at first sight. Suddenly the grapes are purple and the oranges and pomelo are yellow; Shake the new lane to be green and fall green; Sunflower dew contains yellow and dark golden chestnut fragrance; Or yellow and white sand, pear flower sad; Or green is stronger than bone, and painting juice makes light. Bi Guiqi's kiln change is not the same color. As iron as a stone, Hu Yu Jin Hu. Preparing text in one device is more beautiful than three stops. Looking from a distance, it looks like Zhong Mingting; If you pursue it, you can float the elite Are Zhu Zhi and Zhao Bi comparable and different, and they are called treasures? "
Yang Xianming's Khufu is a classical masterpiece praising the teapot in the form of poetry and fu. Judging from its literary talent, the praise for teapot seems to have reached its peak. Judging from its content, it is also very accurate to admire the excellent characteristics of five-color clay and the works of famous early pot makers. It is not only an excellent gift, but also a historical document to study the development of purple sand technology. (old book information newspaper)
