Zhan Chunbai, born in June of 194 1, is from Changhua County, Taiwan Province Province. 65438-0970 graduated from Harvard University College of Arts and Sciences. After returning to Taiwan Province, I worked as a full-time party worker in the Kuomintang Party. He experienced five different eras: Jiang Zhongzheng, Jiang Jingguo, Lee Teng-hui, Lien Chan and even Ma Ying IX. On May 20, 2008, he became the Secretary-General of the Presidential Palace of Taiwan Province Province. On September 10, 2009, Wu Dunyi, former secretary general of the Kuomintang, became the "President of the Executive Yuan" of the authorities, and Zhan Chunbai took over as secretary general of the Kuomintang in China. From June, 5438 to February, 2009, he was removed from the post of Secretary General and became a full-time vice chairman.

China Kuomintang held its regular meeting on the 7th. On the same day, the Standing Committee discussed the proposal submitted by Party Chairman Ma Ying IX. The content requires that "in order to inherit and rely on the experience of our party, it is planned to absorb Lin, Zhan Chunbai and three former vice-chairmen as honorary vice-chairmen of our party." On the same day, the case was passed by all members of the Standing Committee without objection.
