Xia Qing graduated from Yunnan University in 2004 with a master's degree in political science theory. In the same year, he entered Yunnan University for Nationalities to teach. Courses such as principles of political science, comparative political system, municipal science, political and administrative case analysis and management psychology are offered for undergraduates.
