If the table format is consistent and arranged regularly from top to bottom, you can use formulas to get numbers from it and form a summary table.

As shown in the figure:

Formula: =INDEX(A:A, (ROW()- 1)*6-5)

By adjusting the values inside, you can refer to different rows and columns.
