The research fields involve the theoretical and experimental study of soil dynamics, the numerical calculation method of two-phase medium dynamics, the analysis of dynamic interaction between soil and structure, and the study of anti-explosion technology of building structures. He presided over the National Youth Natural Science Foundation 1 project and the National Natural Science Foundation 1 sub-project, and participated in the research work of many major scientific research projects such as the National Outstanding Youth Natural Science Foundation, the National Eleventh Five-Year Science and Technology Support Plan and the National Key Basic Research and Development Plan 973 as the main members of the project team. He won the first prize for scientific and technological progress of the Ministry of Education (ranking 10) and published more than 20 academic papers in academic journals such as Engineering Mechanics, Journal of Rock Mechanics and Engineering, Journal of Applied Mechanics and Geotechnical Mechanics, and international and domestic academic conferences.
