On the afternoon of June 28th, students' representatives from all colleges in our school gathered at 42 1 Hua Shao Building to watch the live broadcast of the launching ceremony of the 9th Yunnan Internet College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition held by Kunming College.

1. Public welfare organizations
The participating projects are not for profit, actively promote the spirit of public welfare, and have good entrepreneurial plans and practices in the field of public welfare services.
The applicants for the contest are independent public welfare projects or social organizations, and projects with or without registered public welfare organizations (or social organizations) can participate.
2. Creative Group
Based on the professional and disciplinary background or related resources, the participating projects solve the main problems faced by the development of agriculture, rural areas and urban and rural communities, help rural revitalization and community governance, and promote the common development of economic value and social value. The entries have not completed all kinds of industrial and commercial registration before the notice of the competition is issued.
