1. Enterprise nature: Ningxia Water Law Group was established according to the requirements of SASAC in the autonomous region, while Ningxia Agricultural Reclamation Group has experienced more than 10 historical changes, and is a large state-owned modern enterprise group directly under the people's government of the autonomous region;

Results: Ningxia Shuifa Group cooperated with the Ministry of Water Resources, China Academy of Water Sciences and China Development Bank to carry out the "Study on the Mechanism of Water Right Purchase, Storage and Transfer and High-quality Development Strategy in Ningxia Irrigation Area", which provided ideas and technical support for promoting the economical and intensive utilization of water resources. Ningxia Agricultural Reclamation Group established the first 5A-level scenic spot in Ningxia, built a national-level agricultural industrialization leading enterprise in eight autonomous regions 1 home, built the integration of planting, breeding and processing, and cooperated with trade, industry and agriculture.
