Di (630-700), a native of the Han nationality, was born in Taiyuan (now the southern suburb of Taiyuan, Shanxi Province) in the Tang Dynasty, and was an outstanding politician in the Tang-Wu and Zhou Dynasties. Cheng Dali, who once held the highest judicial position in the country and was in charge of criminal law, sentenced a large number of cases with a backlog, and was famous for not being afraid of powerful people. After he became prime minister, he helped the country to prosper, which was one of the important heroes who promoted the prosperity of the Tang Dynasty. Worried about the people, later called "the pillar of the Tang Dynasty", he was an honest and diligent official in the history of our country. After his death, he was buried in Baima Temple in the eastern suburb of Luoyang, the capital of God.
