In 2006, after careful study, Hao Yongchun thought that the local soil in Wang Liang was particularly suitable for the growth of mung beans, so he mobilized villagers to plant covered mung beans. At first, the villagers didn't understand science and were afraid of a bad harvest. Hao Yongchun personally invested 90,000 yuan to buy two tillers and introduced the well-known "Daming" mung bean seeds to the villagers for free. He personally opened the land for the villagers, and then the villagers planted mung beans. After one year, the villagers will increase their income by 1.200 yuan.

Grain and mung beans have been harvested, and traffic has become a bottleneck restricting further development. Since 2006, the two teams in the village took the party's new rural construction as an opportunity, and Hao Yongchun personally invested to buy back bulldozers, paving the way for the village to build bridges. However, some sheep farmers who are used to stocking can't adapt to raising sheep in houses and often steal grazing. To this end, Hao Yongchun repeatedly talked to them about policies and interests. Seeing the change of villagers' thoughts, Hao Yongchun smiled with relief.

In 2006, the village introduced pollution-free virus-free potato 12000 kg for planting, which made the farmers in the whole town taste the sweetness of green and efficient ecological agriculture. In the same year, the village committee invited biogas experts to help farmers build biogas, which greatly improved the living environment and human settlements in Wang Liang Village.

"Education prospers, and all industries prosper". Since Hao Yongchun became the director of the village committee in Wang Liang, he has personally invested more than 300,000 yuan to equip village primary schools with audio-visual facilities, harden and green the campus, distribute school uniforms to students free of charge, subsidize poor students and reward outstanding students and teachers every year, which has fundamentally changed the teaching environment, audio-visual facilities and teachers' treatment of primary schools in Wang Liang, and the number of students has increased from more than 20 in the past to more than 200 now. In 2007, Hao Yongchun started the water diversion project in the village. A total of two wells were drilled, which solved the problem of water diversion for people and animals in three natural villages and made them bid farewell to the problem of carrying donkeys and carrying water for generations. In 2008, in order to let the villagers drink white tap water, Hao Yongchun decided to drill five wells in the village. At present, this project is booming.
