1978 to 1982 studied in Fujian agricultural college and obtained a bachelor's degree.
1982 to 1983 worked in the provincial tropical crops research institute;
1983- 1990 worked as a clerk and deputy section chief in the personnel department of the Provincial Department of Agriculture;
1990 to 1993 as secretary of the Youth League Committee of the Provincial Department of Agriculture;
1993 to 1996 as the vice president of the Provincial Agricultural Broadcasting and Television School of the Provincial Department of Agriculture;
1996 From June 2005, he served as the deputy head and director of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office of the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and the director of the Audit Department of the Provincial Department of Agriculture.
