The planning of Zhanglou in the south of Heze City has been completed, and the project will build a comprehensive community integrating business, office, residence and leisure functions.

The total area of the project is about 200,000 square meters, and the total construction area is about 6,543,800 square meters, including 75,000 square meters of commercial land, 25,000 square meters of office land, 75,000 square meters of residential land and 25,000 square meters of leisure land.
