What is a demobilized petty officer?
Demobilized noncommissioned officers refer to conscripts who are discharged from active service and placed.

Changing jobs means that active military personnel are discharged from active service and no longer serve as soldiers, and are arranged by the government to work in local areas. The main targets are qualified military officers, civilian cadres, non-commissioned officers and those who are disabled or rendered meritorious service because of war.

Non-commissioned officers are selected from conscripts who have completed active service, or directly recruited from citizens with professional skills in non-military departments, and awarded the corresponding ranks of volunteers. Non-commissioned officers are divided into professional and non-professional technical non-commissioned officers according to the nature of their work.

Non-commissioned officers discharged from active service who meet one of the following conditions shall be placed:

(1) Active service 10 year;

(two) won the second class or above during the active service;

(three) during the period of active service, disabled by war or work was rated as second-class or third-class disability;

(4) Having served in active service for less than 10 years, which conforms to Item (4) of Article 2 of these Measures;

(five) meet the retirement conditions, local needs and I voluntarily change jobs.
