I loved table tennis since I was a child, and I entered the amateur sports school of Beijing Children's Palace at the age of 13. 1957 was selected to the Beijing table tennis team and won the mixed doubles championship in the national competition in the same year. 1959 was selected for the national youth table tennis team. In the same year, he participated in the Scandinavian international table tennis competition and won the men's singles championship. He won the men's team and men's doubles championships with his companions. 196 1 became one of the main players of China table tennis team. Zhuang Zedong should be said to be a political figure and the second guest of our whole program, so we attached great importance to it at that time. The producer said it was best to get in touch with him before the interview, so I met him three times. Those interviews are full.

When I first met him, I asked his advice in advance. "No problem," he readily agreed. His home is on the Beijing-Shenyang Expressway. He goes to the city every morning to pick up one of their nannies, that is, his niece, and then sends her back at night. He made an appointment with us and took us to his house. I stayed in their house for almost a day that day and talked all the time. He speaks old Beijing dialect and speaks coherently. At that time, I was worried: did he use up all those passions when he told me? The next day, I found that he was used to talking about the past and it was easy to get into the role. His emotional color has not changed at all compared with the first day.

Recalling many things before, he almost memorized them. When he tells people, he must tell them in this order: table tennis champion, table tennis diplomacy, and then the "Cultural Revolution" period. In his speech, he thought ping-pong diplomacy was particularly remarkable. Maybe he didn't realize it at the time. Later, someone wrote a book, which raised it to a certain height and inspired him. Speaking of excitement, he turned to the book for help. He especially likes the content inside, and he can basically recite the words in many places.

One thing he said, which didn't appear in the program later, was something that everyone was very interested in: Zhuang Zedong's three world champions and three national champions were given to him by Li Furong. In order to protect the three champions, Li Furong seemed to say that they were given to Zhuang Zedong!

Zhuang Zedong said, if we don't let him, we must hit him. Then he gave us many examples, that is, how many sets he played with Li Furong, how many sets I won with him and how many sets he won with me. This ratio is very different. There was an obvious example at that time. After his last world champion, a national championship was held in Shanghai. He was ambivalent at the time. He thinks people will always give in. Should I also consider giving way? Then he thought he couldn't do it. At this time, he must not let it happen. If there are any political problems in the future, it's hard to say. The more you do this, the more you have to fight with your strength, which means I can fight you even if you don't let me fight. It turns out that Li Furong is a Shanghainese, and he has all the time, place and people. At that time, it was the heyday of Li Furong, who thought it was the pinnacle of his technology. As a result, I lost to Zhuang Zedong in singles and Zhuang Zedong in doubles. So Zhuang Zedong is very, very confident about this. We didn't explain this too much in the film, because we focused on the ups and downs of his life, and through it, people could see more about the ups and downs of his life, and then how he responded, instead of focusing on writing what made him particularly brilliant, so we omitted all these contents. He said, my three consecutive championships: three consecutive championships in the world, three consecutive championships in the country, and three consecutive championships in the national team. Among these three consecutive championships, the national team's three consecutive championships is what he values most, because it can best prove his strength.

Compared with other films, that film has more explanations, for one thing, it explains the background, and for another, many things that Zhuang Zedong said are too sensitive. My personal feeling is that he did not reflect on this experience of the "Cultural Revolution". He thinks that politics is to follow people. Follow the right person and go down. You are unlucky to follow by mistake. He told me a very specific thing, that is, important people he especially respects can go with the flow and express their views on demand, so he doesn't care. At that time, I felt that this attitude had played a great role in his political career, and his whole concept of politics had changed.

His Japanese wife was at home when I went to his house for the third time. She works in a Japanese company. Zhuang Zedong especially hopes that we can show this in the film. In other words, I am a world champion and have won such a great honor for my country. I can't afford a house or a wife now. The house belongs to my wife, one month 1000 retirement salary. I have nothing!

His wife is a good wife and mother. Their home has two floors, which is very nice. All washing machines and dryers are imported from Japan. When we went, she was rubbing their towels with the washboard. I know that many female compatriots don't have to wash clothes with washboards now, but she does. She goes to work every Monday to Friday, and then goes home to do housework on weekends. After we sat down, she ran around and handed us fruit and tea. Their house is very clean. She especially wronged Zhuang Zedong. She felt that Zhuang Zedong was the lightest person trained by the Gang of Four during the Cultural Revolution. He has no life in his hand, does nothing, and follows others. After the Cultural Revolution, he suffered a lot. The sports system wouldn't let him stay, so he went to the Children's Palace and became a coach. She felt very strange when she said that she was in love with him. Why don't you go to work all day and have so much time with me? Sasaki's chopping block is quite funny. She said, you know what? Who do I admire most? I said you admire Zhuang Zedong the most. What she said is wrong. I admire Wu Zetian most. Wu Zetian erected a monument without words, and his merits and demerits were left to future generations to comment on.

Zhuang Zedong told us about table tennis, which he thought was original. At that time, no one knew the skills of playing ball. At noon, Zhuang Zedong took us to dinner. He is very friendly with the owner of the restaurant. He is very close. His wife works in Saite. He picks her up in the parking lot of the Friendship Store across the street every day. He should have no parking space, but the security guard there knew him and reserved a parking space for him. Every night when he is waiting for his wife, he will go to the Friendship Store, and all the salespeople in the Friendship Store know him. He is really a very ordinary person.

He said nothing to Bao Huiqiao. They have a good relationship now, and the chopping block is a very simple and honest person. Sometimes when she calls during the Spring Festival, she asks Bao Huiqiao to come with her children. She is still alone now, and they still set off fireworks and firecrackers together during the Chinese New Year.

Zhuang Zedong is fine at home now. He is writing a book called Thirty-six Table Tennis Strategies. I think he really put in a lot of effort. He wrote down every item of the 36 plans, then explained what these tactics were, and then talked about how the allusions of these tactics came from, how to encircle Wei to save Zhao, how to lure the enemy into depth, and then how these tactics were used in table tennis, who played with whom ... His analysis was very correct. In addition, he said that 36 strokes of table tennis have been written, and he is going to write another book.
