Participate in formulating policies and regulations on education funds, education funding, education infrastructure investment and student funding, and supervise the investment and use of education funds; Participate in the reform of the city's compulsory education funding guarantee mechanism; Compile the annual budget and final accounts of municipal education funds; According to the relevant provisions of the management of domestic and foreign education assistance and education loans to our city; Guide the city's education finance work.

5. Guide and strengthen the ideological and political work, moral education, sports health and art education and national defense education in primary and secondary schools, secondary vocational schools and kindergartens; Guide the publicity and education of the education system and the construction of spiritual civilization, and be responsible for the grass-roots party building work of directly affiliated units.

6, centralized management of the city's academic education and examination work, planning and guidance of private education, social forces and community education.

8.
