Second, the resettlement method
1, the placement method combining planned distribution with self-employment is implemented.
2, the planned distribution of demobilized military cadres by the party committee and government is responsible for the arrangement of work and responsibilities; Demobilized military cadres who choose their own jobs are helped by the government to find jobs and given retirement benefits.
Three, as the following positions, one of the following circumstances, not included in the resettlement plan for demobilized military cadres:
Over 50 years old;
(2) Disabled persons above Grade II;
(three) suffering from serious illness, confirmed by the hospital above the garrison hospital, can not adhere to the normal work;
(four) the review has not yet reached a conclusion or the probation period has not expired;
(five) intentional crime is subject to criminal punishment;
(6) Being expelled from the Party or disqualified as a cadre by reeducation through labor;
(seven) other reasons are not suitable for resettlement.
Fourth, the placement place
Generally, it is placed in the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) where the spouse is from or enlisted, or it can be placed in the permanent residence of the spouse before enlisting or when getting married.
1. If the spouse has joined the army and meets one of the following conditions, he/she can be placed in the place where the spouse's permanent residence is located:
(1) The spouse has obtained permanent residence in Beijing for 4 years;
(2) The spouse has obtained a permanent residence in Shanghai for 3 years;
(3) The spouse has obtained permanent residence in Tianjin, Chongqing, provincial capitals (the capital of autonomous regions) and sub-provincial cities for 2 years;
(four) the spouse has obtained permanent residence in other cities.
2. If the parents have no children or the spouse is an only child, you can go to the place where the parents or spouse's parents have permanent residence. Unmarried people can go to their parents' permanent residence. If one or both parents are soldiers and have worked in remote and hard areas for a long time, they can be placed in their parents' hometown, where they joined the army or where their parents retired.
3. If one of the following conditions is met, you can go to the location of your spouse's permanent residence, or you can go to the location of your parents' or spouse's parents' or children's permanent residence:
Choose your own job;
(2) Having worked in remote and hard areas or on flying or naval vessels for 10 years;
(3) having won the third class merit in wartime and the second class merit in peacetime;
(4) Disabled by war.
4. If both husband and wife change jobs at the same time, they can be placed in one's place of origin or enlistment, or in a place where the spouse meets the conditions for military service; If one party changes jobs and the remaining party meets the conditions for the spouse to be embedded in the army, the changing party may go to the place where the remaining party is located.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) resettlement policy
1. Those who hold posts at the division level or below the battalion level and have been in length of military service for less than 20 years will be given planned allocation and resettlement.
2, as a regiment or as a battalion and length of military service for 20 years, you can choose to plan distribution or self employment placement.
3. Demobilized military cadres who hold leadership positions in divisions and regiments and have served for a minimum period of time are generally assigned corresponding leadership positions. Where there are a large number of demobilized cadres and it is indeed difficult to arrange leadership positions, corresponding non-leadership positions can be arranged.
4. Those who volunteer to work in remote and hard areas should be assigned corresponding leadership positions, and those who have both ability and political integrity can be promoted. Those who have worked continuously in Tibet or other areas above 3500 meters above sea level for five years shall be assigned corresponding leadership positions or non-leadership positions. If it is really difficult for leading cadres to arrange their posts, they may arrange deputy posts at the same level.
5. The state increases the administrative establishment according to 15% of the resettlement plan for demobilized military cadres, and the increased establishment is mainly used for arranging demobilized military cadres at the division and regiment levels.
Sixth, the job-transfer exam
1. Those who hold positions at the division or regiment level shall be placed by means of assessment and transfer;
2. Those who hold positions below the battalion level will be placed through the examination. For some positions, you can also take the way of competing for posts.
3. Go to a public institution and give three years to adapt.
