Farmland in rural areas is generally distributed collectively by villages, but the land in many farmers' homes is not completely distributed collectively, and some of it is privately reclaimed and used. The newly revised "Land Management Law" deleted the stipulation that the sum of land compensation fees and resettlement subsidies should not exceed 30 times of the average annual output value in the three years before land acquisition. In the compensation for land expropriation, the compensation based on the annual output value of land has been changed, and now it is based on the comprehensive land price of each district. In addition to considering the output value of land, land price should also be comprehensively determined by considering factors such as location and local economic and social development.
