Feng was originally named Feng. Feng is now a master's degree student in calligraphy at Capital Normal University. He graduated from Xinjiang University with a bachelor's degree, studied under Tian Yingzhang, Xie Xiaoqing and Lu Zhongnan, was a senior lecturer of COSE Chinese Studies, a member of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, a special lecturer of Xinjiang Tianshan College, the former president of Xinjiang University Calligraphy Association, a calligraphy elective course teacher of a university in Urumqi, and an excellent tutor of the second national hard pen calligraphy competition. His works are collected by the state and distributed all over the country in the form of stamps.
