Brief introduction of Zhuang Gankun
Zhuang Gankun is a scholar and educator. From1September 1983 to1June 1993, he studied in the Department of Chemistry of Nanjing University and obtained bachelor's, master's and doctor's degrees. 1July 1993 to1May 1995, he conducted postdoctoral research in the Department of Chemistry of Peking University. Associate Professor, Department of Chemistry, Peking University, awarded 1997 to 1999 Humboldt Scholarship to study in Germany. Professor and doctoral supervisor of Peking University Institute of Chemistry.

Zhuang Gankun's research interests mainly include biology and nanoelectroanalytical chemistry. He was a major participant in the national key research projects during the Seventh Five-Year Plan and the Ninth Five-Year Plan, and also presided over the key and general research projects of the National Foundation of China, the doctoral program fund of the Ministry of Education and the start-up fund for returned overseas students. In addition, he also undertook the key scientific research projects of the State Tobacco Bureau and the scientific research projects of Xinzheng Cigarette Factory.

Zhuang Gankun has made great contributions to the academic field, publishing many research papers in various academic journals, including 26 SCI papers. Because of its outstanding research achievements, it won the third prize of the State Education Commission for Scientific and Technological Progress (Class A) 1995 and the award of Analysis and Testing Association 1997.
