The interview went through several rounds, big and small. Let me introduce you to the specific process.
One side:
One side is the dough, with about 8 people in each group and 9 people in our group. Everyone entered the classroom and sat in that row, and HR began the interview.
HR didn't ask everyone to start with a prepared self-introduction, but asked everyone to introduce their club experiences and feelings. I am the fifth speaker, and I have some preparation time, so I avoid repeating what I said to you. I chose some representative things and summarized them into several points. My voice is clear and loud. After this round, HR asked you some small questions. Finally, when HR asked everyone to choose a team member who felt more recognized, about four people chose me. I entered the next round.
In this link, almost all nine of us have rich club experience, and I think it is meaningless to simply list each of our activities. What HR wants to hear is what you have done in this experience, what you think is important, what effect you have, and what you have gained. Feel it from the heart and let others think: hey, what she said is the difficulty I faced and solved it well.
I still have the notes at that time, and I can probably find my own answer:
(1) In the community work, I mainly focus on four points: 1, focusing on innovation (for example) and adapting to people (for example). 3, team building: diligent and pragmatic, reduce internal friction (for example); B. create your own team LOGO, (for example); C strengthen team cohesion (for example). 4. Establish a good image of the whole team and pay attention to team image building, just like XX.
(2) My experience in this process: 1. Be honest with the team and be willing to give up your own interests at the critical moment. 2. Pay attention to learning, absorb the strengths of others, make up for their own shortcomings, and help others grow. 3. Decide to stick to it.
(3) What did I get: 1, which improved the compression resistance. 2, enhanced my courage to accept the challenge (for example). 3. Learn to put yourself in others' shoes (for example). Because of the time limit, all the examples are in a few words, seeking brevity.
It's better to have some that match JD's personal characteristics. COM's employment standards. After about two hours, I received the second notice.
Two sides:
This interview is still the interview of those two HR, leaderless groups. The topic is an interview question without a typical leadership group. Give 13 options, and let you list the three most important points and the three least important points in the operation and growth of a company. There are three kinds of options: management, employees and XXX (I can't remember). Too few speeches are easy to be ignored by team members, and poor quality is easy to reduce recognition. This round was not timed, did not make a concluding speech on behalf of the group, and did not dare to be so strong (Huawei was too strong before and was very angry after being rejected). Have your own opinions, insist that some of your opinions are finally adopted, and try not to let other team members ignore you or target you. So move on to the next round.
I have nothing to say in this link. I'm not sure without a leading group. Sometimes I'm not sure what I want to show myself. Many times it changes with the situation, but I still want to be myself. It is not desirable and not long-term to subvert yourself for an interview.
1. Job matching test:
I think this link is to be loyal to yourself within the time limit. You can give yourself some time to think about a few questions, but be true to yourself. Because the same problem will appear again and again, and there will be a polygraph. When I was in the back, I was not sure what I chose in the front. Anyway, I chose what I thought. There are a lot of questions, but you are not allowed to think about what is best for you.
2. Send materials and interview:
The text message said that there was a pile of materials to hand in and no interview. After sending it, I was asked about my post and place of work. JD.COM is very concerned about this. Although I said I accept rotation, I subconsciously hope it is local, so a slight negligence in expression will still be regarded as my final choice of work place. Because this session of HR emphasized that it was not an interview, I was more relaxed and talked about my parents and family. My sister settled abroad and left me with my parents. They want to be closer. I was a little worried that they thought I must be in Wuhan, so I turned around and said that my boyfriend was from the north and would go to the north with me after graduation. Now, after the completion of the high-speed train from Beijing to Wuhan, it is very convenient and quick for me to visit my parents. After talking about my family, let's talk about my boyfriend. I gave a brief introduction. HR asked me to speak English for about ten seconds. The organization is not very good. Mainly talked about the boyfriend's personality, the way to treat family and friends, and so on.
It may also be that HR creates a stress-free atmosphere and emphasizes the means of not interviewing, but it is in this link that they get the information they want.
JD.COM is very concerned about whether he can accept long-term rotation and frequent business trips after joining the company. Others, such as hard work, sureness and honesty, are basic conditions and are difficult to examine. Personally, I think the rotation time may be longer than announced. By repeatedly asking questions about the position and workplace, HR can still roughly judge whether this person meets the needs of the position.

1. Live record a one-minute self-introduction video.
My narrative mode is to introduce myself as a commodity in JD.COM Mall. I impersonate myself as the host of JD. COM new product recommendation column "and introduce yourself as a product's basic situation, experience, specialty, advantages and so on. Maybe it is different from others, in order to impress the audience in many videos. I think if I were HR, I would be tired of listing myself. So after thinking about it, I still adopted this more adventurous form of expression. Maybe some people don't like it and think I'm not serious enough, but I'm novel and lively enough.
2, the boss's face
We have four children's shoes and four bosses. First of all, let me introduce myself, because these bosses have never seen us before, so I will introduce myself comprehensively when introducing myself. Then ask the resume details and professional questions, so the experience and experience can't be faked. When asked a slightly professional question, you must pretend to understand.
The man on my far right is said to be the vice president of HR. He mainly asked me two questions related to my experience and major (I laid some key points in my resume and self-introduction to guide my boss to ask questions in this interview, and I did ask questions as I expected), but my poor answer, nervousness, fatigue and bad mood all affected my play. My mood was very fragile that day. During the interview, I kept holding my hand and told myself to focus on the current emotional expression, but it was not ideal.
The second boss on the left asked each of us to tell the most embarrassing thing in college. This problem also needs to be well grasped. We can neither highlight our own personality defects and problems, nor highlight our own advantages too obliquely.
The third man on the left asked me a question. What do you think is the most important thing to run the company well? Answer three points. He was satisfied with my answer because he had studied it thoroughly before.
