Responsibilities of relevant personnel in the Quality Assurance Department:

I. IQC incoming inspection?

1. All raw materials and purchased parts of the company are inspected in the factory. ?

3. Handle, control, identify and feed back nonconforming products in time, require improvement and track the improvement effect, and report the abnormal situation of incoming materials to the inspection supervisor. ?

Second, the production process inspection IPQC?

3. Strictly check to prevent the defective products from flowing into the next working procedure, and identify, isolate, distinguish and control the defective products in production.

4. In the production process, if it is found that it is a problem of incoming materials, report it to the inspection supervisor in time, and monitor the selection of processing incoming materials according to the IQC incoming report. ?

5. Make inspection records according to the facts, and do not omit filling, recording or recording more. Count and record the quantity of products and bad products on time every hour. If there is an inspection, it must be recorded.

6. Spot-check the finished products and find bad phenomena in time. ?

7. According to the engineering change record, confirm the import mode of work change and whether it needs to be imported.

8. Assist the Quality Assurance Department to analyze abnormal production process. ?

Third, the final inspection (QA)?

1. The finished products will be inspected and put into storage according to the production inspection sheet and production order. ?

2. Carry out full inspection or random inspection on the products returned by customers, record them on the customer return inspection report, and provide the defective products for engineering or QE analysis.

3. Be familiar with the inspection standard of each product, accurately and timely judge the finished product warehousing, and do not delay the shipment. ?

4. Improve the inspection skills, comprehensively inspect the products from the user's point of view, make accurate judgments, master the sampling standards skillfully, and conduct more detailed inspections on the warehousing products.

Four. Delivery inspection (OQC):?

1. Conduct random inspection on packaged finished products (including appearance and function) according to AQL level.

2. Check whether the packaging method is correct, whether the accessories are complete and the packaging appearance when sampling.

3. Improve inspection skills, comprehensively inspect products from the user's point of view, make accurate judgments, master sampling standards skillfully, and conduct more detailed inspections on outbound products.
