The impossible becomes possible.
From 65438 to 0972, China suffered heavy economic losses due to the catastrophe of the Cultural Revolution. At this time, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council began to focus on planning the national economic development, and formulated the famous "4-3 Plan" in the history of new China's industrial development. The plan plans to import a batch of complete sets of equipment and single machines with a total cost of 4.3 billion US dollars, which is the first time that New China has opened its doors to introduce advanced technology from western countries. Including the introduction of large chemical fertilizer 13 sets and 4 sets of large chemical fiber devices. These investments directly used to ensure people's food and clothing accounted for 63.8% of the total investment at that time. The 300,000-ton synthetic ammonia and 480,000-ton urea plant started by Yuntianhua is one of the 13 sets of large chemical fertilizer plants introduced in this Fourth Three-Year Plan.
However, it is still a tortuous experience for this large chemical fertilizer plant to settle in Yunnan.
According to Tao Zunfan, the former deputy commander of Yuntianhua Construction Command and the first director of Yuntianhua, at that time, all the 13 sets of large fertilizer plants used natural gas and naphtha. Due to the transportation requirements of imported equipment, a large water terminal was needed to go to sea with Tongjiang. As there are neither oil and gas raw materials nor large-scale water transport terminals in Yunnan, none of the original planned 13 large-scale fertilizer plants are located in Yunnan. But Yunnan is a big agricultural province and a tobacco planting base. There was an urgent need for a large amount of chemical fertilizer. Therefore, the Yunnan Provincial Government and the Provincial Petrochemical Department set up a project headquarters headed by Guo Chao, deputy secretary of the provincial party committee, to strive for the success of the project.
According to the analysis of the headquarters, if we want to win this project, we must first solve two difficult problems: one is to choose a site near the gas source, and the other is to solve the problem of large-scale transportation. On the one hand, the headquarters organized personnel to find the site near Jinsha River in Sichuan, on the other hand, it actively ran the project and asked the relevant departments to put one of the three fertilizer plants originally built in Sichuan in Yunnan.
At that time, Tao Zunfan took the staff of the Provincial Petrochemical Department and the First Chemical Design Institute of Sichuan Province to inspect the site from Yibin along the west bank of Jinsha River. They waded through mountains and rivers, looking back and forth, but the terrain they saw all the way was high mountains and canyons. It was ok to be a tourist landscape, but it was impossible to build a big factory. Later, they finally found three floodplains suitable for building factories. When asked, they still belong to the boundary of Sichuan. After many unsuccessful reconnaissance, they had to ask the leaders of the headquarters: Can Yunnan's large fertilizer plant be built in Sichuan? Some leaders began to think: can we discuss with Sichuan Province and give this place to Yunnan?
You can imagine how difficult it is to operate people's equipment and take away people's land. But there are many good things, and that's it. Soon, three towns, including the land of Yuntianhua Water-rich Base, were transferred from Sichuan to Yunnan. In exchange, three towns and villages that originally belonged to Yunnan opposite Panzhihua City were allocated to Sichuan.
At the same time, the headquarters sent capable people to Beijing to run projects. At first, the answer they got was: In which province was this 13 large fertilizer plant built? This was approved by Chairman Mao himself. If you want to change it, you must get the approval of the chairman. 1In September, 973, Guo Chao met Gu Mu, then director of the National Capital Construction Committee. Gu Mu said: "Sichuan has a lot of natural gas. You are close to Sichuan. Can you find a piece of land near Sichuan and ask for some gas from Sichuan? " In this way, Yunnan has the conditions to build a large chemical fertilizer plant. "After many efforts, the headquarters created the necessary conditions, then tried every means to report the opinions to Chairman Mao, and finally got the approval of the Chairman to rebuild the device in Yunnan.
In this way, Yuntianhua finally has a place to be reborn. Yuntianhua has condensed the painstaking efforts of the first generation of Yuntianhua people from the moment when it was first conceived.
1September, 974, the construction project of Yuntianhua broke ground. More than 1 10,000 people from more than 30 units in the province participated in this "battle". On this rocky wasteland, construction workers live in linoleum sheds and drink muddy water. However, under such difficult conditions, they have overcome many difficulties such as heavy construction tasks, great construction difficulties and long transportation front. It took only 34 months and 26 days to build Yuntianhua with high speed and high quality. It is difficult to start a business, and it is even harder to keep it.
At the beginning of the factory, Yuntianhua's natural gas supply was often under pressure because it was at the end of Sichuan natural gas pipeline. However, the imported equipment of the factory uses foreign technology from 1960s, some of which are backward and some of which are not in line with the national conditions of China. At that time, the most troublesome thing was that each pump of the device was driven by a steam turbine, which was difficult to control and consumed natural gas. Originally, natural gas was not enough as raw material, and some of it was used as fuel gas, which made the supply of natural gas even more stretched. To this end, Yuntianhua people boldly transformed imported equipment with courage and boldness. The power turbine device of circulating water pump in cooling tower is a big gas user, so they started with it and transformed it into motor drive, which saved a lot of natural gas raw materials and increased the yield of chemical fertilizer. In this way, Yuntianhua has been transformed into 182 times, and the turbine device of the whole plant has been changed into motor drive, saving the annual gas supply of 1/6 as raw gas and ensuring production. 1979 12.23, the annual output of Yuntianhua ammonia plant reached 300,000 tons for the first time, reaching the standard of the plant. 1980, Yuntianhua ammonia plant also took the lead in creating the highest record of continuous operation of similar plants in China for 3 12 days. 1985, the main product of Yuntianhua, Jinshajiang brand urea, won the first national product quality gold medal among large chemical fertilizer enterprises in China.
Since then, in the development process of the enterprise, Yuntianhua has experienced three major technological transformations.
1988 Yuntianhua is the first large-scale chemical fertilizer enterprise in China to introduce five ammonia conversion technologies from Kellogg Company of the United States, urea hydrolysis unit from Snam Company of Italy and ammonia synthesis tower from casali Company of Switzerland with loans from the World Bank, and has carried out unprecedented technical transformation. The technical transformation was very successful. After the transformation, 36.9 million cubic meters of natural gas can be saved in one year, 26,900 tons of synthetic ammonia can be increased, and the economic benefit is10.5876 million yuan. After seeing that Yuntianhua completed the transformation of the world's advanced ammonia synthesis tower in only 1 1 day, Rambe, an expert from Swiss casali Company, said excitedly, "Your transformation speed is very fast and the quality is very good, which is the fastest and best in the world!"
1994, Yuntianhua started a great transformation around the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption. A total of 5 foreign equipment (sets) and domestic equipment 1 1 set (sets) were introduced into urea plant. Among them, because of the large amount of cooling tower engineering, Yuntianhua chose the way of production and construction, which pioneered the replacement of wooden components for large-scale chemical fertilizer cooling towers in China without stopping. This transformation was completed in 1995. The evaluation results show that the comprehensive energy saving level of the device reaches 1.229 Ji Jiao/ton of ammonia, and the annual energy saving is equivalent to 1.24686 cubic meters of natural gas, increasing the economic benefit by 2.431.5 million yuan.
In 2002, Yuntianhua invested 340 million yuan to carry out another major transformation of the large nitrogen fertilizer plant. After the transformation, the production capacity of the factory has been greatly improved. The daily output of synthetic ammonia increased from 1 145 tons to 1500 tons, and the daily output of urea increased from 1750 tons to 2300 tons. The company achieved an annual increase of 74.95 million yuan. However, if the production equipment with the same capacity and scale is imported from abroad, it will cost at least 654.38+0.8 billion yuan.
Through continuous technical transformation, the capacity of Yuntianhua Big Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant has increased from 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 480,000 tons of urea to 500,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 800,000 tons of urea. While greatly reducing energy consumption, the enterprise has achieved low-cost and connotative benign development, and all economic and technical indicators have always been in the forefront of domestic large-scale fertilizer production enterprises.
Set two world records
For large-scale chemical fertilizer production enterprises, ensuring the safe, stable, long-term and full-load operation of the plant is the basis for achieving high-quality and efficient production. Taking Yuntianhua as an example, its ammonia synthesis and urea plant can create an output value of more than 4 million yuan for the enterprise every day when it runs safely; Every time the car stops less, the enterprise can increase the output value by nearly 10 million yuan, and at the same time, it can avoid nearly 200 thousand cubic meters of natural gas being directly discharged into the atmosphere.
As early as the establishment of Yuntianhua, as an effective measure to improve the management level of large fertilizer plants, the company introduced the concept of "long cycle". The industry named the equipment "Hundred Days Red", which can run safely and continuously for 100 days. Over the years, Yuntianhua has pursued the long-term operation of production equipment "Hundred Days Red" as its core goal, and achieved high-quality and efficient production of enterprises. Up to now, Yuntianhua ammonia and urea plant has successfully achieved 67 "Hundred Days Red".
On the basis of striving for "Hundred Days Red", in June 5438+February 65438+May, 2005, Yuntianhua's ammonia and urea plants both realized safe continuous operation for 350 days, which not only broke the domestic record of continuous operation of 3 12 days and 3 14 days respectively, but also surpassed the synchronous continuous operation record of similar international ammonia and urea plants. After three years, Yun Tianhua once again surpassed himself and continued to write legends. On September 23, 2008, Yuntianhua realized the continuous operation of ammonia plant and urea plant for 400 days, setting a new world record again.
When interviewing Dong Hua, the current chairman and party secretary of Yuntianhua Group, what is the secret of Yuntianhua's continuous creation of a world record for long-term operation of the device? Hua Dong said: First, it depends on the advanced nature, reliability and technical level of maintenance of the equipment itself; The second is to rely on the quality and technical ability of production operators and the training and construction of labor force; Third, there must be effective institutional guarantee. For a long time, Yuntianhua adhered to strict factory management, paid close attention to enterprise management, consolidated the management foundation, and established an enterprise standardization system, which made enterprise management increasingly standardized and strengthened. Yuntianhua has successively won more than 30 national honorary titles and 100 provincial and ministerial honorary titles, becoming a banner of industrial enterprises in Yunnan Province and an advanced enterprise in the same industry in China.
On the afternoon of July 3, 20081day 10, a huge thunder and lightning fell from the sky, which caused the company's main circuit to trip. Of the eight devices that were operating normally that night, except for two devices (ammonia synthesis and urea), which were powered by steam turbines and had no electricity, all the others stopped running, and two of the four boilers in the whole plant also stopped running. The pointer of steam pressure gauge in urea plant of synthetic ammonia fluctuates from 3.8 MPa to 3.5 MPa. At that time, the workers on the production line held their breath. As we all know, once the steam pressure drops to 3.4 MPa, the ammonia plant and urea plant must stop working, resulting in huge losses of abnormal shutdown of the whole plant. At the critical moment, employees spontaneously rushed to the production site, and with skilled and tacit cooperation and rich operational experience accumulated daily, the normal operation of the system was fully restored. After more than two hours of busy work, the pointer of the steam pressure gauge finally rose slowly, and the equipment operation gradually returned to normal. At the local level, people's hearts were put down, smiles bloomed on their faces, and prolonged applause and cheers broke out in the workshop.
It is precisely because of the long-term construction of the staff that such an unexpected accident saved the day, ensured the safe and long-term operation of the device and created a world record.
A series of "firsts"
In the development history of Yuntianhua, there are two landmark events worthy of attention: first, 1997, as the first double pilot enterprise in the province to establish a modern enterprise system and obtain the authorization of state-owned assets, Yuntianhua completed the transformation of its corporate system and became a limited liability company of Yuntianhua Group authorized by the Yunnan provincial government; Second, in 2000, Yuntianhua set out from Shuifu County, the birthplace of the enterprise located at the junction of Sichuan and Yunnan, and moved the group headquarters to the central city of Kunming.
