He is the vice chairman of the All-China Sports Federation, the vice chairman of the Chinese Olympic Committee, the chairman of the Chinese Swimming Association, the chairman of the China Sports Science Association, the vice chairman and secretary general of the China Sports Development Strategy Research Association, the director of the World Anti-Doping Organization Council, and the executive vice chairman of the 29th Olympic Games Organizing Committee.
