Yan Ying (578 ~ 500 years ago) was a doctor of Qi in the Spring and Autumn Period. Yan Town, Qihe County, is a fief of Yan Ying, hence the name "Yan". In the 26th year of Duke Ling of Qi (556 BC), Wei Yan, the father of Yan Ying, died, and Yan Ying succeeded Qi Qing. He has worked in Qi Linggong, Zhuang Gong and Jin Jinggong for more than 50 years. He is frugal and humble, and is famous for his political foresight, diplomatic talent and simple style. He is a famous figure of Qi after Guan Zhong, and an outstanding politician and diplomat in ancient China.

Zhong Lichun, the real name of the salt-free woman, was the queen of Qi Xuanwang during the Warring States Period. According to legend, she is from Xiyanyan Village, Yancheng Town, Qihe County, Shandong Province.

Liu Ao (220 ~ 3 10) was an important minister in the Western Jin Dynasty, and his words were true.
