It's a long way to work, but it creates new sports conditions for him. Living in an animal park, commuting to work by bike every day, 30 kilometers back and forth, he insisted. The reason why he goes to work by bike is by no means convenient transportation.
There is a shuttle bus at home every day. Among 100 colleagues, he is the only one who chooses to ride a bike. He regards cycling as a pleasure and a challenge to himself. He often checks his watch to calculate the time of cycling.
He said that most of the time it takes 40 to 45 minutes for a one-way trip. At the fastest time, it only took me 38 minutes. Since 1984, he has been cycling to work every day for seven years.
199 1 year, Hong was elected as an academician of China Academy of Sciences. He is tied up with business, so he can't continue to stick to the exercise class of cycling every day. However, he still does this occasionally when he is in a bad mood.
