Pei Tingfu worked in Heilongjiang Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine (now Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine) for a long time, and served as the deputy director of Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Institute of Acupuncture and Meridian. Member of Jiu San Society, executive director of Xiangfang District, Harbin, CPPCC. He has served as attending physician, chief physician, researcher, master tutor, national first-class professor, director of experimental acupuncture research society of Chinese acupuncture society, executive director and secretary general of Heilongjiang acupuncture society, and consultant of Texas Chinese medicine research society of the United States. And in Shenyang, Tianjin, Gansu and other medical units. Over the past 30 years, more than one scientific paper 100 has been published, and scientific research achievements 16 have won many awards. Acupuncture anesthesia research won the Heilongjiang Province Award and the National Science Conference Award. 1979 participated in the preparatory work of the first national academic conference on acupuncture and moxibustion and attended the conference. He also participated in the editing and proofreading of Encyclopedia of China and Acupuncture. He has compiled two teaching materials, such as Experimental Acupuncture, which is the originator of experimental acupuncture in China. Over the past decades, more than a thousand students have been trained, distributed all over the country, and many graduate students have been trained. For Japan, Hungary, Poland, Italy, the Soviet Union and other countries to train students to contribute. Pei Tingfu is not only an acupuncture expert, but also an experienced acupuncture clinician. It has a high academic influence at home and abroad and has made great contributions to the development of medical science in the motherland. Comrade Pei Tingfu loves the motherland, loves science, is loyal to the people, and is loyal to the medical cause. He has superb medical skills, noble medical ethics, rigorous academic attitude and diligent work attitude. Caring for her family and relatives, she tried to train her daughter to be a doctor of medicine. Comrade Pei Tingfu died in a car accident on July 1996. His death is a great loss to the acupuncture community in China and Heilongjiang Province.
