If the employer does not explicitly request it, don't put photos. In order to avoid leaving a bad first impression in the recruiter's mind because the image in the photo is not particularly ideal, thus losing the opportunity of interview.

If you want to put photos, you must put official photos (unless the employer has special requirements). Occasionally, I will see photos of some people wearing collarless or sleeveless T-shirts and shirts on the Internet. Such photos are very bad, unprofessional and irregular.
