Creation background

Genius is on the left and madman is on the right. The original title is "The World of Mental Patients". Gao Ming himself is not engaged in literary creation and research. In 2004, he came into contact with some mental patients by chance, and this special group of people aroused his curiosity.

So from 2004 to 2008, he visited mental hospitals, the Ministry of Public Security and other institutions through various channels, and devoted a lot of time and energy to paying attention to the inner world of mental patients. He has interviewed more than 200 mental patients, but "only 1/6" is willing to have close communication.
