It was built by Mr. Ni Fulin. Happiness Tower, formerly known as Fu Lin Tower, is located in Huilongshan, Yiyang. Mr. Ni Fulin invested 30 million yuan, which took 9 years to build. Imitating a pavilion building in the Song Dynasty, it is more than 70 meters high, with a total of 1 1 floor. It is the tallest pagoda in Central South China and a landmark building in Yiyang.
