Lu Hefeng, male, 1956 was born in Guangdong. He graduated from Sun Yat-sen University with a major in Chinese, and is currently the Chairman and President of the Board of Directors of Guangdong Jinsui Industrial Group. He was awarded the titles of "Excellent Builder of the Third Socialism with Chinese characteristics in Guangdong Province" by the people's governments of Guangdong Province and Heyuan City, "Advanced Individual of CPPCC Members in Heyuan City who Dedicated to Love Project Activities" and "Outstanding Rural Sage in Supporting the Construction of New Socialist Countryside", and was awarded the "Guangdong May 1st Labor Medal" 2011by the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee.
