Zhou Xiaobin, born on February 28th, 1962 1962, is an actor in China mainland. 1979 was admitted to the student class of Qiqihar Theatre Company. 1993 was admitted to the performance cadre training class of the Central Academy of Drama, 1995 was assigned to the drama troupe of the Political Department of the Air Force after graduation. 1999, Niu Wangxing, who starred in "Chickens Call Chickens and Lay Eggs", won the "TV Movie Actor's Favorite Comedy in the Decade of TV Movie" award of the 9th Film Channel Digital Movie Lily Award.
