Huang Zunxian was a patriotic poet, politician and educator in the late Qing Dynasty, and he also made great achievements in diplomatic circles. He was born in Jiaying County, Guangdong Province, which is today's Meizhou City. Huang Zunxian's father used to be a juren, and their family was very powerful, and it was a big local merchant family.

My family has been engaged in the pawn industry for many years and has some fame in the local area. Being born in such a big family means that Huang Zunxian can get a good education from an early age. Huang Zunxian received a good family education from childhood and became a tribute student at the age of 26. According to the regulations at that time, Huang Zunxian came to Beijing to take the provincial examination the following spring. At that time, Huang Zunxian's father happened to be an official of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, but his father's salary was not very high.
