Based on Volkswagen's mqb platform, the domestic version of Magotan is a medium-sized car owned by Volkswagen. The length, width and height of Magotan are 4865mm (mm), 1832mm (mm), 147 1mm (mm) respectively, and the wheelbase is 287 1mm (mm). Magotan uses three engines, namely 1.4-liter turbocharged engine, low-power version 2.0-liter turbocharged engine and high-power version 2.0-liter turbocharged engine.

The maximum torque of the 1.4-liter turbocharged engine is 150 HP, 250 Nm. This engine can output the maximum power at 5000-6000 rpm and the maximum torque at 1750-3000 rpm.

The maximum torque of the low-power version of the 2.0-liter turbocharged engine is 186 HP and 320 Nm. The maximum power speed of this engine is 4 100 to 6000 rpm and the maximum torque speed is 1500 to 4000 rpm.

The high-power version of the 2.0-liter turbocharged engine has a maximum torque of 220 HP and 350 Nm. The maximum power speed of this engine is 4500 to 6200 rpm, and the maximum torque speed is 1500 to 4400 rpm.

These three engines basically match the 7-speed power shift.

The use of power shift can improve the shift speed and transmission ratio of the car.

One clutch function of power shift is to adjust odd gears, and the other clutch function is to adjust even gears.

Magotan front suspension adopts McPherson independent suspension, and rear suspension adopts multi-link independent suspension.
