Since 1958, the college has trained more than 40,000 senior professionals for the country and society, most of whom are the backbone of various industries. College students have achieved excellent results in various national and provincial unified examinations and competitions. The passing rates of CET-4 and Computer Rank examinations in previous years are higher than the average level in Hunan Province, and they have won more than 300 prizes in various competitions such as the national mathematical modeling competition for college students, the electronic design competition, the English speech competition for college students in the whole province, and the "Challenge Cup" extracurricular scientific and technological works competition.
