1987 graduated from China University of Mining and Technology, majoring in electrical automation, and was assigned to the CNC group of hydraulic support factory of Xuzhou Mining Bureau, engaged in the maintenance and repair of CNC machine tools. /kloc-at the end of 0/990, he was rated as an electrical engineer. 199 1 year transferred to Xuzhou miners' newspaper office to engage in the introduction, debugging and operation of laser phototypesetting. 1993 was rated as the top ten pacesetter of Xuzhou Mining Bureau, 1994 was admitted to China University of Mining and Technology as a graduate student, and 1999 obtained a master's degree. He used to be the chief engineer, workshop director, assistant director and deputy director of the miner newspaper printing plant.
