Engaged in clinical, scientific research and teaching of plastic surgery for more than 20 years, he is good at plastic repair and reconstruction of deformities and defects of various tissues and organs by using tissue and organ transplantation and microsurgical techniques: ① repair and reconstruction of congenital deformities of body surface organs such as cleft lip, cleft palate, microtia, limbs and external genitalia; ② Repair of scar deformities caused by various burns (trauma) and infections, excision of body surface tumors and their repair and reconstruction; ③ gender transformation; ④ Face and neck rhytidectomy, facial contour and body remodeling, breast beauty and reconstruction, liposuction, etc. He has published more than 30 papers and researches, trained nearly 10 graduate students, presided over 3 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, participated in the compilation of 6 monographs on plastic and cosmetic surgery, and won the China Doctor of the Year Award. He is a member of the Plastic Surgery Branch of the Shanghai Medical Association and concurrently serves as the standing editorial board of China Cosmetic Medicine and China Journal of Modern Surgery.
