According to the post appointment and dismissal announcement issued by official website, the government of Qingjian County, Yulin City, as of March 10, 2023, Liu Bin was appointed as the Standing Committee member and executive deputy magistrate of Qingjian County Committee. Qingjian County, called Zhou Kuan in ancient times, is located on the west bank of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Canyon of the Yellow River, at the junction of southeast Yulin and Yan 'an, and at the intersection of Wuding River and Yellow River.
