Gu Shu, male, Han nationality,1born in August 1967, holds a doctorate degree. 1990 graduated from Shanghai jiaotong university with a bachelor's degree in engineering; 1995 graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics with a master's degree in management; 1998 graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a doctorate in management.

He is the first batch of certified public accountants in China who have passed the national unified examination, and serves as the director of the Chinese Accounting Society and the deputy director of the financial accounting professional committee.

Gu Shu, who has worked in ICBC for 18 years, became the president, once again continuing the tradition of "mentoring" in ICBC. ICBC has always had the practice of cultivating senior executives in the industry. Former Chairman Jiang Jianqing and former President Yang Kaisheng have both worked in ICBC for more than 30 years.
