Qu-Ning Railway starts from Quzhou City and ends in Ningde City, Fujian Province, passing Suichang, Songyang, Longquan and Qingyuan. It is planned to be put into operation at the end of September. It is a national key construction project and a provincial key project. The line connects Shanghai-Kunming and Jiujingqu railways in the north and coastal railways in the south.
