Songxi-Jian 'ou Expressway, referred to as Song Jian Expressway for short, is an important section of the third long and deep line of Fujian national expressway network, an important part of the third Songxi-Wuping line of Haixi expressway network, and an important rapid traffic trunk road connecting the north and the south of Fujian province.
Project overview
The construction of Song Jian Expressway is of great significance for perfecting the main skeleton network of expressways in China and Fujian, opening up a convenient passage from the inland mountainous areas in northern Fujian to the Yangtze River Delta, strengthening the economic cooperation between the economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Strait and the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, and promoting the rapid economic development in northern Fujian. The route starts from the border between Fujian and Zhejiang, the old county seat of Songxi County, and connects with Longquan-Qingyuan Expressway in Zhejiang Province, and ends at Gong Yu Hub in the east of Jian 'ou City, and connects with Punan Expressway. The total length of the route is 106.66 km, and the total investment is estimated to be 6.807 billion yuan. The whole project adopts two-way four lanes, the subgrade is 26 meters wide, the design speed is 100 km/h, and there are 8 interchanges.
Expert acceptance
On April 2, 2009, the Song Jian Expressway survey successfully passed the acceptance of the expert group, marking new progress in the preliminary work of Song Jian Expressway. Zhang Zhaomin, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and executive deputy mayor, Tang Jianhui, deputy director of the Provincial Communications Department, and Huang Xiangtan, deputy commander of the Provincial High Index, attended the acceptance meeting.
From March 30th to April 2nd, 2009, the Provincial Communications Department and Provincial High Index organized relevant experts to review the survey results of Song Jian Expressway. The expert group believes that the design unit has basically implemented the opinions of the "Reply" of the Ministry of Transport and the opinions of the provincial and Ministry preliminary design expert groups, and optimized and improved the preliminary design. The survey data provided by the design unit are basically complete, and the results basically meet the needs of construction drawing design. In principle, we agree to accept the results of the field investigation. Consulting units consult and supervise in the process of survey and design, and put forward suggestions and opinions in the process. The consulting (supervision) report submitted basically meets the requirements. It is suggested that the design unit should supplement and improve the site survey, survey data and local scheme optimization according to the opinions of the expert group and consulting unit, so as to facilitate the development of construction drawing design.
Start construction
On September 29th, 2009, the whole line of Song Jian Expressway (Songxi-Jian 'ou Expressway) started construction. The construction of Song Jian Expressway will open a fast passage from the inland mountainous area of northern Fujian to the Yangtze River Delta and promote the economic development of northern Fujian.
Song Jian Expressway is one of the "three verticals" of national expressways under planning. Changshen line is an important section of Fujian province and an important trunk road for rapid traffic to enter Fujian in the economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Strait. The line starts from Mucheng, the old county town of Songxi County (the junction of Fujian and Zhejiang), connects with Longquan-Qingyuan Expressway in Zhejiang Province, passes through Tai Po and Songxi County along the east bank of Songxi River, passes through Baotian and Xinkou in Dongping Town of Zhenghe County, and finally connects with Ningwu Expressway in Huangdun Village of Zhenghe County, forming a three-dimensional interchange in the air, and then enters Shichuan, Dongyou and Dongfeng in Jian 'ou City via Xijin, and ends in the east of Jian 'ou City. The total length of the line is about 106 km, with four lanes in both directions and a design speed of 100 km. The estimated total investment of the project is about 66180,000 yuan.
Construction significance
The construction of Song Jian Expressway is of great significance for perfecting the main skeleton network of expressways in China and Fujian Province, building Fujian Expressway, opening up a convenient and fast access channel for inland mountainous areas in northern Fujian to the Yangtze River Delta, strengthening economic cooperation between Fujian Province and the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, speeding up the construction of the economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Strait, promoting the economic rise of northern Fujian, building a rapid tourism transportation network and promoting the development of inter-provincial tourism economy. After the completion of Song Jian Expressway Project, a new expressway connecting Fujian and Zhejiang will be added.
Officially opened to traffic
Songxi-Jian 'ou Expressway was officially opened to traffic on 20 12 12 18. From now on, it takes only 1 hour and 30 minutes from Songxi to Nanping, and with the opening of this expressway, the Haixi expressway network in our province has been formally formed. This expressway points directly to the Yangtze River Delta and connects with the Pearl River Delta. Since then, northern Fujian has realized short-distance connection with Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao.
