The library path contains illegal characters (Chinese characters). Do not use illegal characters in the file name and file path in allegro, and do not use all other characters except numbers, letters, middle bars and sliders, including decimal points, spaces, Chinese characters and so on. There are illegal characters in library path. The software cannot recognize the library path!
