Wiliam is a half-breed. His father is from Uganda and his mother is from China. Wiliam was born in Beijing on June 8, 1996 and grew up in an alley. He is a native of China and knows little about his father's native Uganda. He speaks Mandarin more fluently than English and is studying in Peking University.
Wiliam is a basketball player in China. He is a small forward and plays for Guangzhou Dragon and Lion Basketball Club in CBA. During his college years, Wiliam played for the men's basketball team of Peking University and won three championships in the Chinese College Basketball League. In August, 2020, in the CBA draft, Wiliam was selected by Guangzhou Dragon and Lion Basketball Club with the second place in the first round, thus entering the CBA.
