1969 returned to Taiwan Province from the United States, introduced American capital and technology, and founded Taiwan Province Shipu Lightning Company as the general manager. Si Chuangye Electronics Co., Ltd. and Wanbang Electronics Co., Ltd. are both general managers.

1982 transferred to the general manager of Tang Rong Iron Works. It is well-known in the industrial and commercial circles of Taiwan Province Province.
