Rural credit cooperatives are the main force of rural finance, the best financial link to contact farmers and an important part of China's financial system. Henan Rural Credit Cooperative was established in 195 1. Over the past 60 years, with the care of the Party and the government and the support of all walks of life, it has developed into a local financial institution with the largest number of institutional outlets, the widest range of services and the largest scale of deposits and loans in the province, and has made outstanding contributions to serving local economic and social development.

-Rural credit cooperatives are the vertical management system with the largest number of institutional personnel in our province. In the pilot project of deepening the reform of rural credit cooperatives in 2003, the state entrusted the management of rural credit cooperatives to the provincial government. In 2005, the provincial rural credit cooperatives were established in our province to perform the management, guidance, coordination and service functions of the rural credit cooperatives in our province. The province's rural credit cooperatives have become a vertical management system and entered a new period of joint development and growth.
