14 towns: Chengguan Town, Bikou Town, Shangde Town, Zhongzhai Town (formerly Zhongzhai Town, revoked in 20 12), Linjiang Town, Qiaotou Town (formerly Linjiang Town and Qiaotou Town, revoked in 20 15), Liping Town, Tianchi Town, Baoziba Town, etc.

5 townships: Liu Jiaping, Lei Yu, Koutouba, Jianshan and Sheshu.

1 Ethnic Township: Tielou Tibetan Township.
