My father is excited and my mother is Zou. China was a great thinker and writer (politician) in ancient times. One of the representatives of Confucianism in the Warring States Period was a disciple of Kong Ji, the grandson of Confucius, who inherited Confucius' thoughts and was honored as an Asian saint. He is the author of Mencius, which belongs to a collection of recorded prose. Mencius lost his father when he was a child and his family was poor. He is studying in Zisi (the grandson of Confucius). He advocated benevolent government, put forward the people-oriented thought of "valuing the people but neglecting the monarch", and traveled to Qi, Song, Teng, Wei, Lu and other countries in an attempt to promote his own political views, which lasted for more than 20 years. However, Mencius' theory of benevolent governance is considered to be "circuitous and broader than things" and has not been implemented. Finally, he retired to give lectures, and together with his students, he "wrote a poem as a preface, wrote a book, expounded Zhong Ni's meaning, and wrote seven pieces of Mencius".
