1975 After graduating from high school, he jumped the queue and became an educated youth in Liujiacaiyuan Village, Juxian County. One and a half years later, he was recruited to work in Shandong Hanwang Iron Mine (now Lunan Mining Group) and worked as a geological prospector and propaganda officer.

1986 so far, engaged in teaching and research of Marxist philosophy, basic Marxist theory and party building theory in the Party School of Shandong Provincial Party Committee;

In the meantime, he served as deputy magistrate of Jiaxiang County, Shandong Province (1995- 1997), received a doctorate in law from Shandong University (2003-2005), was promoted to professor (1997) and served as vice president (200 1).

20 10 served as secretary of the Party Committee of Shandong Normal University in May.

20 12 was elected as the representative of the 10th Shandong Provincial Congress in China in March.
