Knowledge expansion:

Xinyang International Vocational College is a private college invested by Henan Jixing Foreign Labor Cooperation Co., Ltd., and its predecessor was Xinyang Foreign Training Center. It is the first full-time foreign-related college in Henan Province. Mainly for Japan, South Korea and other developed countries and domestic and foreign-funded enterprises to train senior applied technical talents.

The college has signed teacher training cooperation agreements with Hubei University of Technology, Henan University of Technology, Zhengzhou Institute of Light Industry, Luoyang Institute of Technology, Xinyang Normal University, Kaya University of Korea, Central University of Korea, Asahi International College, Tokyo Japanese College and Chengdong Japanese College.

On the morning of May 12 and 10, the Henan Provincial Government awarded Xinyang Foreign-related Vocational and Technical College "Henan Foreign-related Labor Training Demonstration Base", advanced grass-roots party organizations and Henan Provincial Education Department as characteristic colleges.

By the end of 20 19, the school had two campuses, Yangshan and Xinxian. Among them, Yangshan Campus is located in Yangshan New District of Xinyang City, and Xinxian Campus is located in Development Avenue (new campus) of Xinxian Industrial Cluster in Xinyang City. The new campus of Xinxian County was put into use in August 20 13, and the school was moved from Yelin Avenue (old campus) in Xinxian New Town of Xinyang City to Xinxian Industry in August 20 13.

In April 2023, the official website of the school showed that the school campus covers an area of 400 mu, with a total investment of nearly 200 million yuan and a construction area of more than 60,000 square meters. There are 7 departments and 24 majors; Full-time college students 1800. Xinyang Foreign Vocational and Technical College was founded by Henan Jixing with the approval of the provincial people's government and the record of the Ministry of Education.

The first full-time foreign-related vocational college invested by Labor Service Cooperation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jixing Company") mainly trains advanced applied technical talents for developed countries such as Japan, South Korea, Singapore and domestic and foreign-funded enterprises. Jixing Company is a joint-stock company, formerly known as Xinxian Labor Export Company.
