Shi took over the "Zhenxing Group" from his father Shi and started his business on 198 1. Shi made full use of Shanxi's rich coal resources and invested in the construction of a small power station in 199 1. In 200 1 year 1 month, a double-circuit and double-split "Zhenlong" power transmission and transformation line spanning 13 km was built with an investment of more than 0.5 million yuan, and passed the quality acceptance of provincial and municipal power companies in September 13 and put into operation. The construction of this project is a precedent for private enterprises in Hedong and even the whole province.
