Basic principles and conditions of NLD.

Adhere to intellectuals engaged in cultural and educational work, adhere to cities, and adhere to representative middle and upper-class intellectuals. Intellectuals engaged in culture, education, science and technology, etc., voluntarily abide by the articles of association of the China Democratic League, and may apply to join the China Democratic League.

Applicants should submit their applications and resumes to the grassroots organizations of their group. If the grass-roots organization of the group is absent, you can apply directly to the Changde Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League.

For applicants who want to join the NLD organization, the grass-roots organizations of the League or the Party Committee of the League should solicit the opinions of the Party organization of the applicant's unit in time, focus on their political and work performance, and determine those who reach a consensus as the development targets.
