How to write the waiter's resume
To write an excellent resume, you must first conceive it and then revise it word for word.

1. Length. Usually A4 paper is one page (plus one page of English), with a maximum of two pages. Recruiters may not browse resumes for more than 5 seconds. To read hundreds of resumes received, they have no time to read long speeches. I only read a few main information, such as age, school of graduation, major, main skills, main work experience and so on.

2. format. The format should conform to the principle of "concise, vivid and focused". It is best to use the form of a table to avoid lengthy words. It should be clear-headed, coherent, complete in content and concise in overall structure.

3. production. Don't use resume templates. What's it like to look at the same template in one breath? Or write (do) yourself, which can also reflect your level. There must be no low-level mistakes in typos, grammar and punctuation.

4. Features. You must focus on the key points and the recruitment conditions. Try not to write anything irrelevant to the job application, and never miss the meaningful experience of the job application. The most important point in your resume is to tell the recruiter that you are capable of completing the job well.

Basic information.

1. Title. Name+applied position. It's best not to just write "resume" or "personal resume".

2. photos. Be "true", not "flashy". It is recommended not to use art photos and life photos.

3. School emblem. Usually not.

4. Job hunting intention. There must be. Include an objective function and an arrival time.

Personal skills.

It mainly includes professional qualification, computer level and foreign language level. Try to quantify the expression, don't use too abstract language. Example:

Educational background.

Write graduation colleges from near to far, indicating GPA and ranking. The company will look at the school where you graduated. If you graduated from a prestigious school, you can emphasize the school. If you graduated from an ordinary school, you will emphasize your major, education or academic performance.

Project experience (or work experience, internship experience).

Mainly focus on the work and achievements that have been independently completed before.

Select the experience related to the position you are applying for, and fill in it in strict accordance with the star rules. There must be a focus and a choice, not a pile of things.

If you have outstanding academic research achievements, patent achievements and competition results, you must write them, but they should be related to the positions you are applying for.

Reward situation.

If there is, be sure to write it. Pay attention to induction and analysis, and write something important related to the recruitment position.

Special emphasis should be placed on the level and particularity of rewards.

Personality specialty.

Supplement selectively, consistent with the job, not the opposite.

It is very important to be able to show your own personality traits in your work.

Personal evaluation.

Just fill in your basic evaluation. This is very important. You should consider it word for word, and some of it is written in the front.

Be careful not to say that you are not good, and don't deliberately reveal bad places, such as "lack of work experience", which is to remind recruiters. Be careful not to write "cliches"
